What is a Blow Bar?

A blow bar is a key wear component used in horizontal shaft impact crushers. It is mounted on the rotor and strikes incoming material at high speed, reducing it into smaller sizes.

How Does it Work?

Material enters the crusher chamber, the rotor spins, and the blow bars hit the material repeatedly. The material is then thrown against impact plates until the required size is achieved.
